Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of pinnapi (the "Service"). By creating an API key or using the Service, you agree to them.
1. The Service
pinnapi provides real-time and prematch sports odds data and odds-drop alerts via REST, Server-Sent Events, and WebSocket. The Service supplies data only. It does not place bets, hold funds, give betting or investment advice, or guarantee any outcome or profit.
2. Accounts and API keys
You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential and for all activity under it. Don't share keys, resell raw access, or exceed your plan's rate limits. We may rotate or revoke a key that is abused or compromised.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the Service or its rate limits.
- Don't use the Service unlawfully or where sports-data/betting services are prohibited in your jurisdiction — compliance with your local law is your responsibility.
- Don't redistribute or resell the raw feed as a competing data product.
4. Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance in cryptocurrency via NowPayments for the period shown at checkout. Because payments are settled on-chain, they are generally non-refundable except where required by law. You can stop future billing by not renewing.
5. Availability and data accuracy
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Odds data originates from third-party sources and may contain errors, gaps, or delays; we do not warrant its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose, and we may change or discontinue features.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, pinnapi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any betting, trading, or financial losses arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim.
7. Not affiliated with Pinnacle
pinnapi is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinnacle.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
